Ministry
Music is a central
component of the expression of praise offered by
God's people in worship. The Music Ministry at Aley
Church includes a host of persons who sing, ring,
pick or play to the glory of God. Everyone is welcome
to be part of an appropriate musical group.
Aley
Vocal Choir
The Aley
Vocal Choir is looking for choir members that will
commit to attend rehearsals regularly and sing in
at least 1 service per Sunday. This adult choir sings
approximately 5 out of 6 Sundays at both the 8:30
and 9:45 am services during the months of September
through May. If you are looking for a way use your
musical talents and have the desire to lift your voice
in praise to the Lord, join us. Rehearsals are held
each Thursday evening from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. in room
201. Anyone, ages 12 and up, is encouraged to join
this exciting ministry of praise.
Celebration
Ringers Handbell Choir
The
Celebration Ringers is an English Handbell choir
which practices each Thursday from 5:45 - 7p.m.
in the sanctuary. The bell choir plays approximately
every 6 weeks for Sunday morning worship services
during the months of September through May.
The
Celebration Ringers also participate annually along
with other bell choirs in the Greene County Spring
Ring. During the Christmas season, the bells also
enjoy sharing their music at nursing homes. Due
to the nature of bell playing, which requires one
player to a part, we are looking for committed players
who can attend rehearsal every week. However, we
have a special need for people who can act as substitutes
and would be willing to fill in for a regular player
when they are not able to attend rehearsals/performances.

Our church
appreciates the gifts of instrumentalists and vocalists
willing to share their talents for the glory of
God in the setting of Sunday morning worship services
and other special occasions. If you wish to use
